Refund, Cancellation & Procurement Policy

Because Tlina Design provides customized, luxury interior design services, bespoke home staging, and professional consultations rather than mass-produced, off-the-shelf goods, our policy updates reflect the unique nature of our industry.

Section 1 - Design Consultations & Consulting Services

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We value your time and allocate dedicated creative hours to your property. If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid consultation or consulting session, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Refunds: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, but may be credited toward a rescheduled date if notice is given within the 48-hour window.

Section 2 - Full-Service Interior Design & Luxury Staging

  • Retainers and Project Fees: Retainers, onboarding fees, and design phase payments are non-refundable, as they secure our boutique studio’s availability and cover initial space planning, concept design, and vision mapping phases.

  • Bespoke Staging Contracts: Staging contracts are governed by their specific signed agreements regarding installation dates, security deposits, and rental durations.

Section 3 - Procurement & Custom Furnishings

Through our concierge procurement service, clients gain direct access to premium furnishings, custom fabrics, and curated styling elements.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final for custom-built furniture, upholstered items, bespoke window treatments, and specially ordered trade materials. Once production or procurement begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Damaged Items: In the rare event that a high-end furnishing arrives from a manufacturer damaged, Tlina Design manages the claims process seamlessly. We will handle repairs, exchanges, or replacements directly with the white-glove delivery service or vendor to ensure your final reveal is flawless.
